The “you don’t do enough for others” message is contradicted by the knowledge that if I try to DO more, I will be capable of BEING LESS…less rested, less peaceful, less available to those around me.
As the primary contributor to this blog, I share what’s important to me and I guarantee I see the world through a rather quirky set of lenses. I have a small group of special folks with a variety of perspectives who have agreed to appear as guest bloggers and they will share what matters to them, using their own unique life experiences as filters. We share from our hearts and lives with opinions and conclusions, so inevitably, someone’s buttons will get poked. It is an expected part of the discourse of life that not every visitor will agree or even like what we post, or how we post, or THAT we post.
We get that. We truly do.
So if you don’t (any or all of those), feel free to share with us what you think in the Contact tab. Dialogue is at its core an exchange of respect for the person occupying the space across from us. Please understand that like everyone else, we respond best to constructive, and thoughtful feedback, not knee-jerk, hateful, and condescending tripe.
